David's the best! I love having a day to celebrate him
We spent the first part of the day spoiling David.
Then, in the afternoon, we went to a park and had family photos taken. It was the one day my parents were in town between the MTC and Vancouver, so Katie called a friend of hers who is a photoagrapher and asked if she'd be willing to take a few pics.
All-in-all, the photos weren't very cute. I mean, they were cute, but
we weren't very cute. 😁 As David likes to say, "You can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear." Here are a few:
After our little photo shoot, we headed over to Katie's house for a Fathers' Day celebration.
It's always fun to get together with our family!
Kristin, Kelley, and Aunt Susan.
As we were leaving Katie's house, we saw one of the most spectacular sunsets of all time! Pictures can't come close to doing it justice! It was a special Fathers' Day gift from Heavenly Father.
